Its innovative concept earned it its name and unrivalled success: the cheese cloche was soon recognized as the world&#8217;s largest by Guinness Book Records in 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Replaced by a higher-performance model in 2016, this unique piece of furniture in the catering sector brings together all the latest technologies for preserving cheeses and perfecting their maturation. Measuring 1.96m high and 1.88m in diameter, it can accommodate up to 90 varieties!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether you&#8217;re an expert, a novice or simply curious, let our master cheesemakers guide you on a journey of discovery of cheese culture, terroirs, herds and seasons, in a warm and friendly atmosphere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the menu: themed tasting platters, the emblematic La Cloche fondue available in several variations, our famous raclette served in a traditional oven, and other specialties\u2026 We also offer \u00e0 la carte dishes and seasonal dishes of the day, most served with a touch of cheese.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All our cheeses are matured in our cellar, where they reach maturity and develop their full flavour.
